Absolutely terrible place
Thr floor was stained and dirty. The end table had sticky liquid all over it. The desk was broken. The mirror was broken. Buttons on phone missing. Alarm clock face missing. Pillows were flat. Sheets on one bed were stained

Toilet seat was dirty. Noisy. When I booked through Wyndham app, person on duty said I didn't. Would not credit my points and would not take any discounts. Checking out in am wanted copy of my bill, no one was at desk. Rang bell 5x, no one appeared Need bill to prove stay so I get my points for Wyndham app

Room and bathroom could have been cleaner. Beds were ok. Nice woman at check in. Was awakened at 3:30 am by noisy guests blowing horn and yelling. Called down to office, said they would take care of it. Noise continued, finally just packed up my two little boys and left at 4:30 am. Ridiculous.

I visit this hotel all the time. Never have had any issues. Is it Hyatt? No . However is it an affordable clean option definitely. Hot shower clean room and tv can't go wrong. The staff really friendly as well. The last thing 24'hr check in which usually can't make it till past 1 am still able check in which it one of few motel in area that have that feature.

I was a first responder who helping out in the NC area. We needed a place to stay and booked a room on expedia. When got to the hotel the hotel only had one of our two rooms. We had 4 men. The front desk worker said he cancelled our reservation for the 2 rooms which he didn’t and sold us another room. So 4 men in 4 room 2 sleeping on the floor after a week of hurricane relief only to be scammed and sold another room. So in total we were sold 3 rooms! To take advantage of first responders during a disaster should be a crime and they should be prosecuted!

It was okay nothing to write home about. Would be nice if they had an elevator, since we're senior citizens and our luggage was pretty heavy to lug up instead of steep steps.
