Whennwe booked the hotel we were told it included the water park. " the entire reason we stayed there" once we got in town we checked in and found out it was 60.00 a person, for my wife, my 4 yr old and myself... each day X 2 days... so 360.00 later ontop of our stay.. this is absolutely false advertisement and cheaper to stay at the actual water park the includes the day passes... so needless to say it cost us 480.00 for 1 night... not at all happy

The only problem we had was a waterpark was the main picture on your advertisement and this property does not include the waterpark. It is off property and 25 per person extra for just a 6 hour period.

First time visitor

First time visit and had a relaxing time. Vacation club suites had full kitchen amenities. We brought our own grocery and prepared food which saved money. Free shuttle on and off the grounds and a cute trolley. Bad weather during our visit so didn't get to enjoy horse back riding. Salon, spa and fitness clubs on grounds as well.

I didn't the elevator it has no inspection dates inside. Looks like it needs upgrades also there are a lot of shingles from the roofs that has blown off. The water park is very small in my opinion good for little children teens not so much. The indoor pool and hot tub was great.

Nice Family Stay

The room we stayed in was very clean and modern. No complaints regarding the accommodations. Timber Ridge water park was kind of small, very crowded, and expensive for staying on campus. It was very difficult to get a tube to float on in the lazy river, and the towels were tiny. The locker rooms were kind of gross and should have more frequent cleaning. Otherwise, the place was pretty nice with the rest of the amenities.
