The service during check-in was average. The od chcrk and key card issue was without a problem but that was it. I had to ask where is a lift, hiw to get to my room, what time is breakfast etc

The hotel is good as always. The downside is, in order to get a bottle water you need to go downstairs to the restaurant and pay 8$. I think that is kinda expensive considering other hotels have free complementary bottles of water right in the rooms.
