We stayed here in the middle of October with friends. We loved the location and the town of Waterton. Our kids loved walking over to the playground which we could see from the hotel. The room was a good size and we appreciated the table on wheels which we used frequently to play games and eat breakfast. We loved being able to walk everywhere in the town and look forward to going back. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Main Floor Room great except for the noise
Our stay was great however we were on the main level and the noise level from the second floor was a 10/10 until all hours of the night. It was constant during the evening and well into the night. It woke us during the night. I would definitely not recommend a main floor room.

Loved it!
We came in the shoulder season and loved how calm and relaxed Waterton was. We stayed in one of the King suites. The room was a great price, had plenty of space for 2 people and was comfortable. The staff was very helpful in answering questions. We are definitely planning a trip back to Aspen Village.

Location is brilliant, right in Waterton. But it was busy and I think we got the last room in the place, which was basically a closet with a mini kitchen. The bed was not comfortable, the TV and wifi were intermittent.

Very nice room. Bed was really comfy. Bathroom was clean and had lots of soaps and other things for you to use. We had a king bed which only had 3 small pillows with no support so we had asked for extra pillows but I think the staff were cleaning a lot of rooms as it was end of season so they never ended up bringing the pillows. Otherwise it’s literally right beside the Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants. Great location and staff was very nice.
