We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. We have also stayed at other Embassy Suite hotels and were satisfied with the facilities and the awesome breakfasts. The employees at registration are always kind and helpful.

Desk staff very unfriendly. Restaurant wouldn’t cut my hamburger in half so I went to nice restaurant and spent $150.00 on a good steak for my companion and myself. Money y’all could have had. Jack hammer noise in room above ours. Next morning same thing. Room cleaning person was only good experience in this dump had. Won’t ever use Hilton again!!!

Room was nice and spacious, really like that I can close the bedroom door and work in the living room without waking up my spouse. Plus we love the location and having a restaurant downstairs. We have stayed here before and will stay here again.

The bathroom was nasty. The tube was peeling and the door didn’t shut. I upgraded to suite to have separate tv for my son to play his Xbox only to find out the hotel blocked inputs so he couldn’t play. So I upgraded for nothing. The breakfast food was not edible. I purchased 2 waters $5.00 each. Just a very bad experience.

Negatives include..Shower head was frozen in one position and this location had literally almost zero restaurants in the area..Positives include.. kind and professional staff and the room was large and clean.breakfast was good.
