This is a fabulous property - in a beautiful setting, with talented and friendly staff, squeaky clean and well appointed rooms, and a varied, delicious breakfast buffet, professionally served. It was hard to leave!

Staff was amazing. The only thing I would mention is that for extended stay, I should feel like I’m at home. Their refrigerator didn’t make ice or was broken. Need to switch out the microwave for a convection microwave oven. Quite a few utensils were missing. That may have been contributed to previous residence. None the less I enjoy cooking at least one meal when I travel with friends and family. Over all the breakfast staff was super helpful as well as those who cleaned the rooms.

The staff at the breakfast were warm and welcoming (and serving the food added a nice touch). The front desk was all right. The room walls were thin and noisy (this is clearly a lower quality motel that has been converted over, ceilings also low). Really not good was the mold on the AC vent cover, or the extremely creaky closet panel. Lack of enough body wash right from the start was disappointing.

Upon entry, suite looked clean, roomy and well appointed. Breakfast was great. Large array of choices. Parking was easy and convenient. Bath towels could be bigger and softer. Had reception issues with my TV but i didnt complain. I dropped something and when i looked under the bedside table to retrive it, it was really dirty and there was someone elses drink bottle under there.

My family enjoyed our stay at the property. The rooms were average, customer service could be better. The cleanliness of the rooms can be better such as the smell of the carpet and the dust on the ac not as clean as other hotels I’ve stayed at.
