Staff is very friendly, had a speedy check in. The room is super clean, everything looks new! The only negative was the sheets were not comfortable, a little scratchy for me. The space around the bed is tight..: not much room to get around the other side. However, minor details and we were here for an overnight stay not a vacation. The room had plenty of towels and space to he comfortable. Breakfast was good, hot with expected selections. Location was nice too. Overall, I would stay here again for an overnight or two.

It’s outrageous to have to pay nearly $30 per night to park on their lot. For the price of the hotel, that should be free or at the very least HALF that price. The audacity to charge for parking is absurd The property is nice. The. Team fast food was decent. Not an extravagant hotel, yet not understated. Clean property, nice rooms. The TV on the wall mount could have been positioned better so it could have been comfortably watched in both the “bedroom and living room areas”. Lack of plugs next to the nightstands. A decent stay. As a last minute booking, I was satisfied and would stay again if the need arose.

The hotel was very clean and this was evodent by the young lady that was constantly cleaning. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front staff (evening) was excellent, on my second day i locked my key in the room and went for a replacement and the young man remembered my name from check in. My only issue was with the wifi.

Excellent stay, stupid parking fee.
The experience was excellent, breakfast was delicious. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. A 27.00 parking fee was a little annoying. Well, a lot annoying since the parking is in their building. The fee is just padding the profit, and wrong.

I loved my room. I wish they had different options for breakfast like maybe a different menu everyday or a rotation. Also if you have maintenence issues after 5 it maybe an issue. The staff did handle my problem so i ended up happy. Great stay. Friendly

Although we appreciate the cleanliness and staff at Hyatt always, this particular room at this hyatt was unacceptable due to the persistant intermittant humming/machinery noise through the night. Once the tv is off there is no escaping the noise! My husband actually went to the $27 garage space to get some sleep! Will never go back to that Hyatt again. I would appreciate a response regarding some sort of credit.
