The rooms are comfortable and we loved the jetted tub. However, the hotel is pretty outdated when it comes to decor and TV.

Double charged me for my stay
It was an alright stay but I've been disputing. Double charge from this hotel since July my bank tried to dispute it but they were not willing to refund me back. I booked my stay here and when I went to the hotel in person they charged me for incidentals plus the stay again unbelievable.

Viana Hotel & Spa a beautiful facility.
The facility and room were pristine. The handicap parking was on the side away from the main entrance. The view was on the backside (but that was okay) as I was resting. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very well decorated and the guest room is very spacious. I am litte surpised by the luxury at this price room. The breakfast is average. Otherise, I really enjoyed the stay.

My husband and I went for a night. We were hoping to get a good night sleep to say that we were better off staying home with our teething toddler is an understatement. They put us next to a bridal party that decide to party until 4am. Also the tub wasn’t the cleanest for the amount of money they charge. However the bed was very comfy and clean.

Beautiful hotel, with pleasant staff, and quick and easy check-in. Beautiful, clean rooms. The beds are oh-so-comfy! But Marco Polo Restaurant in the hotel is an Asian-Italian Fusion...let me tell you! We purposely stay here and eat when we go to Westbury Music Fair because this food is so delicious!! Best Sirloin Steak! Meats over Lo-Mein noodles that are indescribable! Cannot wait for our visit!!

We enjoyed our staycation at this lovely property. Our room was very nice. My wife loved the spa services while we enjoyed the sauna, steam room, hot tub and pool. The parking lot was tight and there were dogs barking on our floor which detracted from our stay.
