Fantastic hotel with chocolate theme, and Therefore a lot of free chocolat from their own production. Perfect spa, and even better breakfast. The lady that males the omelets etc is unbeliveble effektive and serviceminded. We had the deluxe rooms and it was really worth the money. Japaneese toilet , a lot of fun. We will be back

Leider etwas ab vom Schuss, aber wer bereit ist, mit dem Auto die Gegend zu erkunden, der fühlt sich wohl. Schönes, familiäres Hotel rund ums Thema Schokolade. Hervorragende Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Direkt in der Innenstadt gelegen. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Uns wurde alles genau erklärt ( Öffnungszeiten Schwimmbad/Sauna, Frühstück, Bar, Schokoevents). TOP!! Wir kommen wieder :-)

Sehr schönes Hotel... Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und die Betten waren extrem bequem. Das Frühstuck war auch gut. Ein authentisches Hotel mit vielen Besonderheiten wie eigene Schokoladen oder Schoko-Liquors.

Themenhotel ohne die echte Süße der Schokolade
Tja die Mode des Duzens ist nicht unbedingt mein Geschmack…an einer Renovierung, die einen auf Umwege bringt, um zum Frühstück zu kommen, kann man wohl nichts machen, aber Ankündigung wäre gut, ebenso die Zimmerreinigung nur auf Aufforderung…nur wenn kein Schild zum Ankündigen da ist…tja und das Personal….die gute Seele der Chefin fehlt gefühlt….
Das gebuchte Einzelzimmer hatte ein wenig Jugendherbergscharme und lag wohl über dem Küchenauslasd, es roch jedenfalls nach Fisch
Gegen Aufpreis das neue Zimmer ganz ok und groß

Gemütlicher Saunabereich, tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Leider hat das Nachfüllen oft sehr lange gedauert. Zimmerreinigung war missverständlich formuliert, sodass bei einem dreitägiger Aufenthalt mit Hund nicht einmal das Zimmer hergerichtet wurde. Auf einem auf dem Hundebett liegenden Zettel stand geschrieben, dass die Zimmer täglich gereinigt werden. Wenn man das nicht möchte, weil sich z.B. der Hund alleine im Zimmer befindet und ungebetene „Gäste“ nicht duldet, sollte das Schild „bitte nicht stören“ rausgehängt werden. Auf Nachfrage beim Check-out, warum die Zimmer nicht geputzt wurden, hieß es, man hätte dafür extra ein Kärtchen raushängen müssen. Wäre wünschenswert gewesen, beim Check-In relevante Informationen genannt bekommt.
