Arrived to the building that looks nothing like the pictures in an area that is within 300 yards of two correctional facilities one for kids one for adults .. then there was about 10 kids playing outside by the cars kids hanging out windows they clearly live there … the room smelled the ac didn’t work. Then we get woken up at 12:44 am to the sound of what could only be a herd of elephants above our room. We went to front desk they went upstairs and it got louder and louder. We packed and left the building. I spent $85 to leave early. Sad

Room looked like it hasn't been cleaned on corners in years. Bed felt like it had bugs. Window was open and didn't close properly. Staff was absent from the front desk for quite some time and all guests had to be waiting. Felt very unsafe.

I usually stay at a budget resort. Red Roof or similar. My stays are short so that is why. We were in town for the Travers and I booked it because they advertised 24 hour airport shuttle. I did not land until almost 1am. I called them direct and my man Sigh picked me up within 10 minutes. The hotel was only 4 min from the airport. About the hotel. The common areas do need some sprucing up with some fresh paint and there are only vending machines. With that being said, the bed and pillows were super comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful whatever we needed and I would for sure stay again. Thanks Sigh.

How is this place open?
This is easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the 10 minute wait for somebody just to come to the counter so I could check in to the disgusting room to the residence over us being awake all night with kids stomping around… Literally all night. Wound up not even taking advantage of the breakfast because we were afraid what we were gonna see. I don’t usually complain, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in… Would never even consider staying there again if they offered me a free room.

A convenient place to overnight in Albany. Not stellar, but that’s the way too many hotels are these days. Especially the “free” breakfast: a bag with an apple, juice, a muffin, a small fruit bar. At least the coffee was great!

Do not come.
We chose this place because it was near the air port and has a free shuttle, which took 50 minutes to arrive. The hotel is a mile from the airport and there was no traffic although they find us that was the holdup. We could have walked in 20 minutes. No one at the non-existent breakfast. No coffee. We took an Uber to get back to the airport since no one was at the desk to take us back to the airport.

The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Promised breakfast was a bag of junk food left at our door. Place very shabby. I don’t know how Wyndham could allow this dump to carry its name. They should have paid us to stay there.

Needs and upgrade but an affordable option
Hotel was inexpensive compared to other area hotels. Room was clean but needs and upgrade. No daily refresh but fresh towels and shampoo were available on request. Breakfast was not available, despite large breakfast area. Hotel appears run down but was adequate for our needs this weekend.

I stayed one night for I had an early flight. The hotel is in poor condition, the hallway smells, the bathroom smelled of urine although appeared clean, clearly it wasn’t. I couldn’t wait to leave. I’ll never go back

Not worth the price paid
Guessing this is a convenient hotel for those going to the airport. Guest room was ok but bathroom needed serious updating. I don't think the hotel was dirty as much as it was worn. Breakfast was unimpressive. Main gripe is that it was NOT worth what we paid for it - this would have been fine/understandable if it had been half the cost.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The photos show breakfast... There was nothing out as the hotel is catering to the DSS homeless. We were on the 1st floor and the homeless were on the 2nd floor. At 1:30am there was loud banging from uncontrolled kids playing. The hotel desk did move us, but the cost should have been $50/night and not $100. Also, there was mold on the bathroom ceilings and pealing paint in our rooms. Overall a 1 star hotel. There was no offer of a discount as we used Expedia. One and done...
