Not too bad!
Staff seems friendly, clean place. Pool hours not posted. One staff tells me the pool closed at 7:00pm, another says 9:00pm. I have a 10 year old boy and choosing a place with a pool is needed. Needless to say my son was disappointed about not able to use the pool.

best deal in orange county 👌
needed a 1 night stay near anaheim. looked on hotels.com and found this inexpensive hotel. david @check in was so nice/respectful showed us 2 rooms and we got a 2 queens. beds were very comfortable. carpet new, sink was granite,room decor was like a westin hotel. quite place with lots exterior lights. the police stopped in front alerting a homeless passer by that any rif raf would not be tolerated in westminster. water pressure was great, a microwave and fridge was also included, they were brand new. took a chance on this little hotel and was very satisfied. i will definitely stay here again. this is a holiday inn express hotel for the price of a motel six.

I liked the price. Walking to the lobby, passing by the pool area, it reeked of weed; I suppose that must be the designated smoking area. I did come near 9pm though too… The parking wasn't so pretty looking; even so, I found parking. I will say, there is some shaded parking (parking that allows for rain not to fall on the car either). If that’s something interesting for you. I wouldn’t say it’s the safest and kindest looking location btw (esp if you’re coming through the alley entrance at night). The staff at check in and check out were kind. The room was clean, just different bed sheets and room design than I expected. Still, I was in a king size bed and that’s what I mainly cared for. The shower worked well. The AC/Fan was so loud and disturbing; I eventually slept without it on. The pillow wasn’t the softest. The bed was more stiff than soft, which I personally don’t mind on that end.

The hotel was okay. It was a bit concerning that the office kept their door locked and had to let you in. Made me feel like the area was unsafe. The room we had was okay. The carpet was VERY OLD and dirty/stained. It was "clean", just old. The beds were comfy enough and it was good to have a fridge. But overall, the rooms could use an update.

The staff is very pleasant. Our room was very nice. The parking lot is kind of small. It was a very nice and clean place to stay. There was a lot of street traffic all night. We would definitely stay there again, We have stayed there in the past also.

Room was clean and nice size. Very good for the price you pay. It’s not a big, super fancy hotel but it was perfect for us as we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours.
