Not what I expected. Wrong room on arrival. Late wake up call. Lifts outrageously placed and organised. Hair dryer in drawer unusable unless on the floor level. Coffee tray on bottom shelf of unit had to stoop to ankle level to raise onto room unit. Kettle coudnt fit under tap neither could the cups. Only mirror was on a dresser pushed into a corner by the wall. Had to step out of or back into lift to allow staff bringing food across your path from 3 feet away in kitchen. Really. No lift or exit signs for lift, that are in kitchen area. Holds only 3 without bags! All show no comfort. Paid for 3 nights left on the early morning after 2 nd night. Coudnt do another night. TV rediculious. Not a handle or bar to hold onto in shower. 3 disabled parking spaces for whole hotel. One wet room. Really. Never stay again.

Lovely stay in a deluxe double for my partners birthday. The room was clean, fresh and well decorated. A little birthday treat and card left on the side for my paryner. The bathroom beautiful with a freestanding double ended bath. The photos didn't actually do it justice. The meal at The Palm was outstanding, my partner also had a sparkler and brownie bites complementary, and breakfast hot and fresh. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Lovely hotel and spa, we initially had a small room downstairs which was quite noisy but we asked for a room upstairs and was pleased they could accomodate. Again quite a small room but we were pleased and booked at a discounted price so well worth the price we paid.

Weekend getaway
Hotel is very nice, could benefit from a map as some areas of the hotel (eg the rear garden) seen inaccessible. Also it seemed that the spa could only be reached by going outside and around the car park, I’m sure there is another way through the hotel but not sign posted or detailed on the app that you get for hotel info. Other than this small point the hotel is very nice.

We were in a room overlooking the parking and party venue. It was very noisy we could hear people talking and cars until late. Room size was great. The bed was somewhat firm (not our favorite). Great snacks and toiletries. Really cool tub in our room. The major issue we had was with the shower. It didn't have a curtain and the water went out all over the floor which made it slippery. The shower dials were not labeled so it was a puzzle to figure out which of the 5 knobs worked what (2 of which sprayed water straight out onto the floor).
