Book Westville hotels

I had serval flight delays, that hinder my hotel arrival time which was a sat, next available flight was Monday plane arrival at 9 pm local. I would have wasted three days. I call the hotel the front desk receptionist was very understanding and empathetic to the situation. She then get me linked up with the regional manager to discuss a possible refund, he totally understood my issue with the flight and my booking was through a third party I might add which kind made things little sticky, but at his discretion he refunded me so that the third party booking agency could refund me back. I really appreciate their patience and dedication to make the brand a better brand and a choice of lodging, exceptional professional and customer service. We rebooked the next day and the choice was plan and simple we choose comfort in then and going forward.., keep up the good work

We stayed in the one-bedroom condo with my family of four. This gave us plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable for 5 nights. The property had a lot of amenities that we enjoyed during our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Clean and safe central location for area sites

Very nice location for visiting Williamsburg. The building we were in was very clean and updated. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful resort style hotel with a colonial style to it. It has an outdoor volleyball court, mini golf, a fire pit with a ghost story speaker each week, tons of activities and things to do there. I didn't see much of it since I was out most of the time, but it was nice seeing their very active schedule of events.

This was a wonderful place to.stay with family. Clean and quiet. Plent of room. The pool was large and the kids had a great! Cloae to many restaurants and area attractions.
