Recommend ARDSLEY ACRES

Heat was adjustable making room very comfortable. Parking was easy, right outside our room. Unfortunately we could hear people walking outside and cars driving by. All in all the ARDSLEY ACRES is a good value. Price was reasonable, room clean and had both microwave & mini frig.

The rooms were pretty sketchy. We had to buy febreeze because of the smell. The sheets certainly weren’t clean and the hilarious patch work all over the walls. It was a pretty ghetto experience.

Ardsley Acres is a good choice for budget -minded travelers. My room was large and modern, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet even though the hotel was full that weekend. There is a supermarket with a good selection of prepared food within half a mile. Easy access to major highways. Note that there is no closet, although there are hangers that hook on the wall. Would definitely stay there again.

Für diesen Preis hatten wir etwas besseres erwartet Zudem lag das Zimmer direkt an der Straße - nur durch ein paar Büschhe getrent, was zu erheblichenm Lärm geführt q¹

Convenient location, approximately 25-30 minutes to Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown Attractions. Did not partake in the Breakfast because I had leftovers from lunch and dinner. There was a dorm refrigerator and microwave available in the room, which I used. Decor was very clean and neat. I would suggest having some sort of closet or at least a bar hanging system. There were hooks and hangers available but I felt my clothes didn’t quite dry throughly enough. And I was there during the Nor’easter so I got wet! I enjoyed my stay very much! Would highly recommend!

Overall this was a good stay for most of the nights I was there. Three nights were quiet. One night I had hourly clients with prostitutes on both sides making lots of noise. I finally pounded on the walls and they stopped. I noticed the maid cleaning rooms at 9:30 pm and 1:00 am so I strongly suspect this place gets a lot of hourly clients which is a big shame because they did a nice job with the refurbishment and the staff are nice.
