Overall experience was very good. The only complaint we have was finding out about the cost of parking after we booked. Website states "parking available" but does not state the exorbitant fee. All fees and taxes should be disclosed beforehand. IMO.

Quick check in and staff didn't waste time correcting a door issue. The price was slightly more than a one night stay in Van and we stayed two nights! Ability to get a room with a full kitchen was a HUGE bonus.

We came to Vancouver for our daughter’s wedding and really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Promenade. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable, we loved the view of the ocean. We can’t wait to return at Christmas to visit family again.

The Ocean Promenade Hotel was great - just as described on the website. A 2-minute walk to the beach and the White Rock promenade with stunning views. More shopping places/boutiques on/or near the beach would have been nice - but there were some great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!
