The staff were very friendly, efficient and asked about our stay. It’s a great price for the quality you get. My only issue, and I know it’s a personal taste but the pillows were rock hard and heavy. Some people may say the mattresses are hard but I personally liked the firm mattress

Very friendly staff, clean room. Excellent value considering I got a lovely newly renovated kitchenette for the same price everyone else was charging for a standard room. Comfortable bed, good linens. Nice location. Will be staying here every time I work in Whitecourt.

Staff were super friendly! The included breakfast was good and fast. My only criticism for the room was a musty smell on the linens. The only other complaint, which was not at all the fault of Cloud 9, was the other guests were obnoxiously loud most of the night on the second night we stayed.

Impeccably clean rooms! Great breakfast!
The motel itself looked dated but interesting with the round windows. The room we stayed in was impeccably clean! The breakfast was fantastic with the cute coffee bar! Would definitely stay here again!
