Sleeps 6 - Bedroom has two full beds and a small TV; Living room has a futon bed, 50-inch smart TV with Blue-ray DVD player; WiFi included; Ocean view from the balcony/common area; One-car permit (in the top kitchen drawer by the window AC) parking on the service in the borough where you a meter spot; Wildwoods/Cape May area attractions minutes away; Public transportation available to the Wildwoods boardwalk and other attractions.

Please note the following check-in details:
The condo is at Carriage Stops Condos, Wildwood Crest, NJ. It is on the first floor by the pool and looks more like a motel office.
Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out at 10 am.
Per HOA, no pets are allowed.
The lockbox code will be provided a day or two before your check-in. The unit key is in the lockbox.
Wi-Fi Access Point is hmc, password 402atlantic
Please bring your own bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels. There are two full beds and a full-size futon bed.
The shower knob/handle is a little stiff. Pull this out and then turn for hot or cold water.
The trash dump is on the side of the property on Atlantic Ave.
Outdoor shower is on the side of the property, please don’t bring sand into the apartment as it can cause plumbing issues in the shower drain.
Please bring your own toilet paper and a paper towels.
Please clean the kitchen, including pots and pans and the refrigerator at check-out.
At your check-out, please place the key back in the lockbox.

Not what I expected.

Had to ask for more cleaning. Hair in the tub, floors were not as clean. No sheets, towels or pillows…found out when we got the address. Disappointing that we did not know that from the start. Wires and electric hanging out of the wall and bathroom ceiling. Closet doors broken, blinds on the windows broken. Minimal appliances and a dirty fridge. You should get theses places a bit better. Never had this problem with Airbnb.

Short stay cute place

It’s a good place to stay if you don’t plan on cooking much. Would have been nice to know earlier that we needed to bring sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, paper towels and toilet paper rather than after final payment submitted. It suited our purposes and was close to the beach. Also you get a permit to park but still have to pay for metered parking but that is not the owners fault. Overall a nice short stay.

Deep cleaning needed

Great location! Our son loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. Host was very quick to respond and provide us with all the check in details in a timely manner. Place could use a deep cleaning. The floors were filled with tiny grains of sand (couldn’t walk around bare foot without picking up sand) and the top bunk mattress cover even needed to brushed off prior to putting sheets on it. Overall good experience but the cleanliness skeeved me out a bit.

Relaxing vacation

This place is in a great location! We walked to the beach and the pool was just steps away from the front door. We even decided to extend our stay because we were enjoying ourselves so much. The only things that need some TLC are the mini blinds need to be replaced and the tub drain needs to be cleaned out. It backs up frequently. Neither of the two would cause me not to rent here again.

Easy to reserve, got all detail needed for arrival/check in through email which was nice. Unit needs new blinds ( many were broken when we arrived) so that people that are walking by can't see into bedroom or living room area.

Location Location Location!!

You can’t beat the location of this cute little apartment! The beach is 1/2 a block away & the pool is right outside the door. The bedroom was big enough for my family of 5 to sleep comfortably. We had a wonderful vacation here and plan to visit again. When I had a question I had no problem getting in contact with the owner. My 3 kids couldn’t have been happier! They loved it.

Great Beach Stay

Property was very clean and well kept. Neighborhood very quiet and the location is right by the beach, about a minute walk. Went for a morning stroll on the beach and watched the dolphins swim through the sea. Very close to great eateries. Family had a great stay! Would absolutely book again!

Great Place Fun Times

We only stayed for 2 days, but had a great time. The condo was very clean & looked just like the pictures online. We had 4 people and plenty of room. The pool was very nice and we were a nice distance from the beach.

Close to beach

We loved the location of this property! It was a block from a lovely beach that was amazing for small kiddos. We did walk to the boardwalk but it was a long walk...about 30 minutes. There is a free splash pad and nice park with about 20 min walk. There are 2 restaurants on the beach with easy walking distance. The pool was also nice. The property was clean. The property manager contacted us timely as well. It was nice to have some kitchen supplies as well. The only negatives were the noise of the AC and upstairs neighbors late at night. Make sure to bring your own sheets, blankets and towels.

Condo is in a great location (half block from beach) and surrounding area is very quiet and family-friendly. Condo itself looks to be a converted motel office although it has a small kitchen and a separate bedroom. Unit was clean with no carpeting. Biggest issue was the noise from the air conditioning units. There was a wall unit in the main room that was very noisy, and a floor unit in the bedroom that was also loud. Condo was comfortable as long as you can live with the noise from the air conditioners.

Made the trip

I rented this property for a bachelorette party and it was such an amazing find. Steps from the beach, the pool was right next to the unit and the unit itself was clean and well stocked. My friends and I had an amazing time and I’ll definitely be looking into this again for a future stay.

Great Proximity to the beach and local attractions

This unit is about a 1/2 block from the ocean and less than a 5 min. drive to the Wildwood boardwalk. Unfortunately it rained and was freezing the whole time we were there, so I can attest to the pool or anything else on the property. The unit I believe used to the the main office of the motel that was converted. It is located right in the middle/front of the building and can be loud when anyone walks by or if using the pool/grill area, as it is located in the middle of them. The unit offered everything we needed. The only cons are the unit seemed a little dirty and needed some updating. The AC unit in the main living space, which was on when we arrived we old and very loud. We didn't need to use it due to the low weather, but it would have been annoying if we did. Over-all we had a great stay and would recommend.
