For a Wyndham property this is a major disappointment. Rooms need to be renovated asap as all fixtures were severely outdated. Lamp shades should not have the plastic packaging still attached. The room was obviously a former smoking room. Booked a queen bed and was given a full. Mold on the ceiling.

This was a below average hotel. Unfortunately the room smelled like smoke. The beds were old, the carpets were dirty, the bathroom was aged and dirty. The breakfast consisted of coffee, honey buns and cereal.

Our room had a stench similar to that of mildew. Very few rooms were available even though not many people were staying at the motel which means that most of the rooms were uninhabitable. The mattresses need to be replaced since they are worn out and uncomfortable. The bathtub did not have a stopper so, it wouldn’t hold water. We asked the front desk for a stopper but, none were available. The carpet needs replacing; we were afraid to walk barefoot on it. Room service never cleaned the room or supplied fresh towels during our 5 day stay. There were random rough looking individuals continually walking around the buildings and, there was a broken down car sitting on jacks.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and the second day we noticed cockroaches in the bathroom and on the wall by the king sized bed. On our 4th day we took the sheets and stuff off the bed for the dirty pile, and noticed black clumps of hair on the mattress protector. Overall area was decent, but considering the rooms are newly updated those 2 factors were highly disappointing.

The rooms are unkept, bed linens have blood stains and hair, and the fridge has molds inside. People are partying during after hours and no rules are implemented with respect to other tenants. Will not recommend staying in this hotel.

The area is in Williamsburg, although it is in a dubious part of Williamsburg. We woke up go seeing cop cruisers parked all around the hotel.

We were put in the back of the hotel where locals partied after midnight. 4 of us in the room- 2 towels, 2 wash clothes and less than half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived. no extra sheets for sofa. unclean and felt unsafe NOT RECOMENDED

I never left a bad review but this time I was really shocked by the condition of the room. I have never seen any hotel room looking so terrible. Everything in the room was super dirty. The bathroom tub had mold and looked like it was never cleaned before. I was afraid to get in it. The same with the sinks. The fridge had tape on it that was holding it together. The bedding was stained. There were a lot of ants in the room and Wi-Fi didn’t work. The continental breakfast was ok though and there was plenty of parking.

The property advertised a continental breakfast but there was not one provided. There were not enough towels and wash cloths provided for the number of people that the room was designed for. We had a family of 4 in a 2 double bed room and were given 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Ice machine did not work. Hotel was very rundown and understaffed. Essentially, you get what you pay for/

We stayed for 1 night. We arrived late in the night and the receptionist was nice. The hotel location is convenient. The room is average, you get what you're paying for. The lamps next to the beds were not working, some of the sheets had stains and there weren't enough towels. The commons don't feel safe and are not clean, the dumpster was full and garbage all over the floor. There were two guys using drugs very close to our room. At least there was a police patrol driving around the property.

Didn't receive and wash cloths until around 8:30 PM. There were 2 ice machines and neither one worked, worker that brought wash cloths said only 1 working and it was unplugged which he fixed.The pool was closed for the season, because there were too many repairs needed. Went down for continental breakfast , door locked and no one at desk. Found out later that you had to ring the door bell but there was no sign telling that.
