Who doesn’t love a warm cookie at check in?? I had a nice quiet stay even though it was for 1 night for work i truly enjoyed it.

Bathroom stunk and had a cracked toilet base. Carpet in room had large visible stains throughout room. Wallpaper was peeling. Thermostat installed on wall didn't work; wall HVAC unit stunk like a burning motor when turned on. Fitness center had broken equipment. Very displeased, but was visiting to attend a funeral so dealt with it for one night. Were issued warm, tasty cookies upon arrival. Only bright spot!

We chose a double tree for a reliable experience. The bed had low spots from too much wear. The conditio er and body wash were empty in the shower. There was absolutely no iformation in the room about wifi, breakfast, in hotel restaurant or surriunding area. Not our typical Double Tree expreience. I was disappointed.

Great for visiting family in the area
This was a great choice for visiting family in the area. We appreciated the coffee station in the lobby and enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable, with a good size fridge. Elevators could use an upgrade, but overall an excellent stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and a good rate. The phone in our room didn't work so we used our mobile phone to call down to the front desk. The front desk staff are very professional, accommdating and helpful.

Overall a nice hotel at the center of business district. Lots of restaurants nearby. Especially there are multiple halal food restaurants within 10 min driving distance. Staff was excellent and welcoming. We were offered feshly baked cookies at check-in and check out, wow!
