Where do I begin? I paid for a Deluxe King room, but was given a Standard Double next the the elevator upon arrival. Then had to go thru the process of having them switch me to the proper room. I get to my room only to find it stale and the cable not working. I couldn’t even watch Monday Night football after a long day of work and travel. Then to top it all off, I notice a phantom $300 charge on my credit card a couple days later. I made four attempts to get help from management, and they refuse to take or return my call. What a frustrating experience! I expect better as a regular guest and rewards member. Seems they’re trying to squeeze every last dollar and hope people don’t realize. They sure won’t be getting any more of mine….
