Confusion over the hotel that was booked. It was my fault, spent hours on the phone trying to switch hotels to Holiday Inn Express West. After going back and forth got a room at the correct hotel. The Polo Park location said everything was good on their end for cancellation. However I would need to contact Expedia to not be charged. Could not find a way to speak to a real human. Ended up getting charged for both hotels. Was an absolute gong show and will never use Expedia again

Great hotel! Very friendly staff. I was with my toddler and the staff were very helpful. The only thing that was a little disappointing is the shuttle service was not 24/7. We had to get a taxi since our flight was before the shuttle service opened at 5am.

This airport hotel was comfortable and conveniently located. The courtesy transport was quick and efficient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially with suggestions for places to eat.

Close to airport and conveniently located with many amenities within walking distance. Easy check in and friendly and helpful staff. Was a quick one night stopover with an early flight so didnt get a chance to have breakfast. Lots of self parking in the hotel.

Rooms are not new, my toilet was running constantly and I had to turn the water off to sleep. The rooms were noisy and my neighbours were not quiet. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.
