A gem in the heart of Winter Park
A wonderful hotel ideally situated in the centre of Winter Park Village. The hotel was very warm, comfortable with spacious rooms and plenty of towels and toiletries The beds were super comfortable and breakfast choice was excellent. There was plenty for everyone, both hot and cold choices. There was a great hot tub out at the back which I made use of. I’m so glad I chose this hotel due to its location. Just outside the hotel there was a bus stop for the free shuttle service between neighbouring Fraser and Winter Park ski resort. Other facilities that were close by included a wide variety of restaurants, a laundromat and lots of lovely shops. All staff were excellent, including housekeeping and front of house staff. Eric was very helpful with advice. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay! The location is perfect, too. Stayed there about 7 years ago and had the best time. I was afraid it wouldn’t still be as nice, but it was. The breakfast is an added bonus!

Great staff, lots of dining options within walking distance. Heater made loud noise each time it turned on and since I’m a light sleeper I woke up a lot. Comfy bed, good breakfast, good value.

The staff for check in was amazing, however being woken up at 730am to the housekeeper slamming carts around the hallway was not advertised or expected. In many years of stays I have never seen any hotel with an 11am check out, have housekeepers start at 7am. We are exhausted and intend on getting the remainer of our rest in our vehicle before our large yearly family event. We will not be staying again due to this. The check in staff was the nice part of our stay.
