Property is in a great location to the downtown "hub" which has everything! The property is also right across the street from a gas station so very convenient. I loved how quiet the room was. We couldnt hear our neighbors and even with the door open, we couldn't hear the people at the pool. Check in was a breeze and we purchased our water park and mini golf tickets at the front desk for a good discount. My boyfriend and I have already made a pact to come back every year! Definitely recommended!

The location is convenient, just a short walk to the main business district. The accommodation is clean and well maintained. The only glitch we encountered was the password to the WiFi did not work, There is a common balcony in front of our unit. Coffee is free.

Blackhawk is a great place for fun. Indoor and outdoor pools, great for kids. Clean, friendly and walkable to downtown dells. They have it all and not in the typical hotel style.

I have stayed at this property before many years ago. It's an amazing place with amazing staff/owners. I have a family of 5 with 3 boys - 15, 6 and 4. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. This particular room also had a lot of storage, including kitchen cabinets with a mini fridge, microwave and small coffee maker, storage/large drawers where the tv was, storage/large drawers in a vanity outside the bathroom as well as inside the bathroom. The storage was great and well used by my family. We had an issue the first night with our AC freezing over/not cooling and eventually had to be replaced the next day. They were super accomodating, also letting me know I could call late night if I needed to. Everything was awesome and we will definitely be returning!!

Our family wouldn't typically stay at a motel/hotel like this-kiddos are really in to the big theme park type of vibe. However, we are all so glad we stayed here! This place was super clean, staff was really nice, and there were plenty of cool things for the kids to do (2 pools/arcades). This is also a little way away from the crowds (.5 miles from strip). You won't be upset going here!
