DO NOT STAY HERE…Booked to stay the weekend with my partner and specifically here as it had kitchen , balcony and convenience of location close to shops. Once returning from buying groceries to cook in the kitchen and bathroom were completely infested with cockroaches. Absolutely disgusting and there were no more rooms available. Images and video sent to manager but no reply.

Fantastic location close to a variety of dining options, fabulous well set up unit with heaps of room, quiet, comfortable 5 star. However not happy with being asked to send photo of my credit card and drivers licence prior to arrival, placing me at risk of scams.

Stayed 2 nights. It was quiet at first and comfortable and then we heard thumping noise from the apartment above us. The walls are not soundproof because we could hear people talking in the room next to our bedroom. If you have selected to pay on arrival, this is misleading. I was surprised to find money withdrawn from my card 48 hrs before checking in. So if you decide to cancel leading up to the time as specified, you'll find your money is withdrawn. The parking is lock-up garage with a 2.1m access, that's a pass for our van. We arrived after hours and the process was easy to access our room. Quiet location, walking distance to eateries isn't far. Overall it was good.

Short notice booking, however the communication was great. Apartment was spacious and was in a great location. Room was comfortable, and I wish I had stayed here earlier on my trip to Wollongong. Highly recommend !!!

In the Gong again
All good. Very roomy. Comfy. Plenty of facilities. Secure parking. Short walk to the Mall and shops, restaurants. On the south side this time so closed in by next door apartments. A bit noisy with the neighbours (walls thin?). Also for the maintenance man, toilet running so cistern filling off and on.
