I was heading south and stayed 2 nights during the last snow storm to ride out the storm. Room was clean and well kept. Staff was great when I had an issue with the door and were able to move me to another room. Dining room has a limited menu but the food was good. I highly recommend staying here at least at this time of the year not sure how busy they are in season. Beautiful surroundings, nice rooms, nice view of the lake, and a great staff. They accept pets. Rooms are soundproof so if my little dog barked I didn't have to worry about it disturbing any other guest. Rooms at this time of the year were readily available. Would have liked to explore the park but with the weather I pretty much stayed in the room. Will probably stay here on my way home if rooms are available.

Wonderful, scenic, quiet and safe
The employees here are so nice and accommodating! I have never had a bad experience here. If you have a special request (like you need a refrigerator or a microwave or an air mattress or a bag of ice or extra towels, etc) just ask them. They go out of their way to help and I love staying here. Better than any hotel in the area and honestly better than most hotels I’ve stayed anywhere

The main building has stunning panoramic views of the Kentucky waterways with a handy restaurant downstairs….with a very short walk outside to your lodge room (some of which have balconies with marina views).

Happy vacation at Ky Dam Village
My husband and family had a very lovely stay in our cabin at Kentucky Dam Village. The cabin was excellent and the ground are so beautiful. Much work is devoted to care and maintenance of the whole facility, and it is greatly appreciated.

Nice place, appeared a little military style barracks but clean and serviceable. Pull out couch was not real comfortable. Bed was fine. Breakfast buffet was good but added charge.
