Clean and safe
Our expectations were high, as the room was ranked 9.6/10. It's nice enough, and clean, but I 'd rank it 7/10. The mattress is fine, but not high end. The furniture is old but serviceable. The breakfast consists of whole fruit and donuts from a box. The management is excellent, with friendly, helpful employees.

First time guest! Check in was fast and easy with friendly staff. Great place for dogs, easy beach access, large and quiet property. Rooms are dated but very clean, kept up very well and beds are great. Loved that the room was not carpeted! Only cons: we did not receive the dog goodies at time of check-in (but I didn't chase it either); the doors could be hard to close (swollen); and weirdly, no clock in the room bugged me. All totally minor! My dog and I will definitely visit again!

Overall, I would say the room was incredibly small and compared to other properties in the area you can do way better. I received $100 surprise when I checked in. I booked the room for 179 and I was charged 279. When I said there is a mistake I was told take it up with the manager. Because there are so many better options in the area and a better price I will probably never stay there again.

This place is wonderful. The covered patio outside the door with a picnic table and lounge chairs are really great. Just a short walk across the lawn to the 25 steps down to the beach. The beach is pristine and very relaxing. We had a great time and plan to come back again.

Absolutely loved our welcome, as well as the welcome package for our dog. I've never been anywhere that treated my dog as part of the family, and it was really cool. The staff was amazing, and the movie and boardgame library was unexpected and really nice! Quiet night with a beautiful sunset.
