The hotel cleaning can be better. The carpet in the room was not properly vaccum daily. The carpet around the head board eas dusty. We also saw a piece of manicure nail left behind by previous guest on the carpet inside the closet when we checked in. Besides all that, the room we were in had nice view and rhe property is conveniently located above a mall with easy access to food, subway and train station.

Hotel is connected to Sakuragicho Station. What a convenience! Supermarket and nice stores all within the same complex. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Size of the room was decent with a nice tub and shower. We had a wonderful time in Yokohama! Easy to get to Kamakura from this hotel.

It was a little confusing finding the hotel entrance, but once I did, the remainder of my time was very pleasant! They have amazing views of the bay and Cosmic World if you request a bay view room. I, however, just got the city view, which was alright. Room was spacious and comfortable as well!

Spectacular views.
Very convenient hotel..steps from train station..close to everthing. Great staff..great breakfast. Shopping steps away. Spectacular view of Mt. Fuji on a clear day. Lots of restaurants nearby. All attractions easily reachable from hotel. Thanks to all the staff. Will definitely be back here.

Best hotel in Yokohama!
Wonderful hotel with an amazing view of Yokohama bay front especially at night with the illuminated Ferris wheel! Beds were comfortable and the atmosphere in the hallway was relaxing with the piped in sounds of ocean waves. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and everything was delicious but it can get busy and we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. Conveniently located next to the train station and other tourist attractions!
