When my husband and I went to get into bed, I noticed the bedsheets looked used, so I pulled the blankets back and found all kinds of nasty hair all over the sheets and my pillow. when I called down for new linen I ended up having to make my own bed at 10:30pm at All they could say when I emailed them was I’m very sorry for the inconvenience, but please give us another chance to earn your trust back. This is not a cheap Hotel, but When you pay any money at all at a hotel, you expect to have clean sheets and a clean room to go into. It’s not too much to ask that is what housekeeping gets paid for.

OLD and needs face lift
Old, outdated beachfront motel. Brochures only showed rooms in updated atrium. Front desk acted like you were bothering them from their cell phones. Internet did not work for two days, they said band width was fine, which was not. Not handicap friendly. Snacks we purchased were terrible and had to be discarded, ie choc chip cookies were brick hard. Phone in room was unplugged and room cleaning personnel could not understand English. Would not recommend to traveler; if just interested in a beach front hotel for summer at a reasonable price, this may suit you.

Great choice for Ogunquit Christmas festival
Went to the Ogunquit Christmas festival and stayed here. Much better option than Ogunquit and only 10 mins away. Was clean, comfortable and the Atrium section we stayed in behind the main hotel was newly renovated.

Comfortable beds and easy check in
It was good. Only complaint is we went in the pool and it was quite cool. We didn’t stay in long but the hotel has amazing water pressure and we all took a nice hot shower. We did think it would be warmer for winter months being indoors though. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean. The walls are thin if you’re looking to have complete quiet. Check in was easy and will stay again.

Fun convenient location with pleasant staff and nice pool and hot tub. Restaurant too expensive and not very tasty. We enjoyed our stay and easy access to the beach.

Mixed review.
Checkin and cleanliness were both good, but we were unhappy that we could not cancel (despite our age and very poor driving weather) and the sound proofing was very poor…we could hear everything in the next room. Plastic cups were flimsy, amd our “ocean view” was blocked by a house. Very mixed review.
