The Space:
Welcome to McLeods, a charming coastal retreat designed for relaxation and quality time with loved ones. The master queen bedroom with an ensuite is complemented by two additional bedrooms with twin single beds, perfect for families or small groups. A second bathroom ensures convenience, while the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas offer a welcoming space to unwind.
Step outside to your private yard featuring a spacious deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ, ideal for alfresco dining. Up to two small-to-medium pets are welcome (additional fee applies), making it a pet-friendly escape for the whole family.
Without Wi-Fi, McLeods invites you to disconnect and fully immerse yourself in the tranquil natural surroundings. Please note that Vodafone coverage is unavailable, and mobile networks may be patchy. Surrounded by lush greenery, occasional visits from local wildlife, including birds, frogs, and lizards, add to the charm of this peaceful getaway.

The area is surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea.
Along the headlands of Seventeen Seventy visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks.
We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities.
Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.
From McLeods you can walk to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.
Getting Around:
We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area.
There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.
There is a tourism information centre in Agnes Water.
Nearest airports: Gladstone and Bundaberg - 75 kilometres.
Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.
Bus: Greyhound travels to the area daily.
The bus stop is at the Ampol service station in Agnes Water, approx. 2 kilometres away.
