Everything was outstanding! I stayed there my final 2 nights of a 18 day trip. I highly recommended the location. Everyone was great was always greeted with a smile.

Great place for connection flights .. comfortable and good food and service

The hotel was gorgeous! Our room was practically a one bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the river. We did not stay on the club floors. The only issue I had was with the Sky Bar. The views are splendid while the prices are "Sky High"! 1700 Baht for a 4 oz glass of wine. Go up for the views but have a cocktail elsewhere. We didn't eat at the restaurants because there prices were high as well. I will say the breakfast which was included in the price of the room, was exceptional! Would recommend but eat your meals elsewhere unless you want very high end prices.

The perfect place for Bangkok

Madly deeply in love with Banyan Tree. Amazing property and beautiful place. Very lovely people and I love the saffron restaurant. Amazing food and view. Breakfast is amazing and all special diets are being taking care of. I also liked the staff there. At the front desk there is a very sweet person called Annie. So warmly welcomed me and also very kind.
