I was expecting way more than I received. I did not receive any membership perks, it was dirty, breakfast was a chaotic mess, staff in lobby were good. After lobby, the place was downhill. So very disappointed from the time I stepped off the elevator to go to my room. Hallways seemed like a cheap motel with paint cracked and peeling. Watch out on the elevator, it snaps shut. Pool area was unappealing, didn’t even bother. So disappointed in the whole stay.

It was a great way to start the day. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job ensuring everything was spotless and restocked daily. The service was consistently good throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests or inquiries. The hotel’s location was decent—it’s close to several attractions and convenient for getting around Bangkok, though not directly in the middle of the most bustling areas. Still, it offers a nice balance between accessibility and a quieter atmosphere. Overall, the Mandarin Hotel Bangkok is a solid choice for anyone seeking comfort, good service, and a fantastic breakfast spread in the heart of the city. I would definitely consider staying here again!
