Overall excellent quality hotel that is a little distant from the main core area but still accessible by one MRT stop. The slight miss here for us was that they charge 100THB for any delivery to your room from outside the hotel. Other hotels don’t charge this, so this was a slightly odd. It’s a small fee. Too small to help with hotel costs, too small to be problematic for customers, but just enough to be annoying. It’s unclear what value the hotel was trying to impart with this fee was. As an easy example, look to their sister hotel, The Landmark, which calls your room and hand delivers your delivery to you. They even ask if you need cutlery.

Everything was great! Good location, great amenities, and it was very clean. The only issue was the pool temperature. It was way too cold to swim for me, let alone my kids. All in all, it was a great place to stay in Bangkok.

the staffs are friendly. The first day got power cutoff by infrastructure construction outside. So we went out for the whole day, and came back to the room. The luggage was not sent to the room until we called. It was almost 9 pm. The location got a lot of traffic. It is walkable to subway, but it is very tiring when you wanna go back to hotel. Coz it is not near BTS. You need to take the subway one stop to terminal 21 and change to BTS. But the worst part is cleanliness. The bathtub got dirt and floor for a few hairs from previous guest. The quilt got stains.

Great place to stay. Amazing service and nice rooms. The only downside is the area. Quite noisy (busy road in front and train in the back. Some tuck tuck found too far to bring us back and taxis fares is pretty much around thb250-300

The concierge at night are not good. I asked a woman a question and she strated to give the answer to my husband ignoring ne. When i asked her why she was doing that, she said that she was looking at him. It weird and not professional. They still need to work on their communication with english speaking customers. Otherwise, the room is great, spa is excellent, other amenities also looked great.
