Great to have an airport shuttle but my friend and i had different flights so we needed to grt on the shuttle at different times. Youre only allowed to have 1 round trip shuttle per room per stay. Youll pay an extra $200 bahts if you need more. Are was far from town. Room smelled damp and almost moldy even with the upgrade. When my friend left, she got charged an extra bottle of water saying she opened one when she didnt. She didnt argue anymore as she needed to leave. It’s only convenient if youre only waiting leave bkk fir a next morning flight.

Only stayed over night bcs of an early morning flight out...staff was awesome, room was very clean and had everything needed for a restful stay. Was able To walk to a street market and 7-11cofee shops and a few restaurants were right around the corner...there was also a restaurant right on property. And shuttle to the airport was great! Will definitely stay again

The staff was rude to us during the checkin. They didn’t give us proper instructions regarding breakfast, refused to take the credit card for deposit, and made us feel unwelcome since the beginning. During breakfast they tried to rush us out even though we had finished eating and was just finishing our coffee - 10 minutes before the end of breakfast. The air conditioner was set to 30 Celsius when we got into the room. We will never come back.

Staff was very rude all 4 out 6 people we interact with. Driver speaking rudely about us in Thai to service desk thinking we did not understand Thai words. He became quiet when we inform him we knew he is talking about us. Such disrespect especially when he can do it when we are not there. He kept quiet and didn’t talk the rest of our round trip to and from airport. Breakfast was at 7 but there was people going in and out before 6:30 eating same food we were going to eat but they did not let us go in and eat until 7. Very unprofessional staff!

Older hotel for sure, definitely 3.7 star rating. Clean yet old and dingy. If you just need a place to rest your head this is the place. Shuttle service to airport was efficient.
