I am so sorry to write such a negative review but, as we arrived in Asli Bali Villa, we talked to the staff and wanted to know where the kitchen is. As we have had chosen this accommodation also because of the shared kitchen, which was published in the description from the booking platform. The only two reasons to use the kitchen was, to prepare our shakes (I am an international triathlete and currently in Training) and to use the gas stove for our coffee Mokka pot.
At the reception we were informed that this description was a mistake and nobody neither the owner of the hotel was willing to find a solution for us, we spent more than one hour with phone calls to the owner.
The next negative item was, that we booked a two room suite (this was described and also supported with pictures) and we were told that this second living room (with the couch and desk) is only for a family - we are only a couple.. Nothing like this was described before. The situation went into an absolutely negative direction and nobody was willing to help. A cancellation wasn’t possible, because we have payed already.
After two hours of discussion time the reservation was a bit more willing to compromise. One lady of the Staff wasn’t friendly at all and at the end we got a blender on the hand to prepare shakes, but everything arround like Glases, etc. we had to fight for. But we still didn’t got access to the kitchen as well.
Not a nice start. I definitely would suggest to send a message to the hotel.
