No concierge. Refrigerator in room did not work. Front desk had no way of repairing or replacing. No ice machine in building i was staying. Front desk offered me a trash bag to get ice in another building. Was not allowed to drink or sit in terrace without ordering a full meal. Absolutely horrible experience.

One thing that I thought we would have that was missing was a refrigerator in the room. We had pretty much everything else, but no refrigerator. Very strange for a VIP experience. The only other thing was that the lobby was quite cold compared to all other areas.

Right from the beginning we had a bad experience with this hotel. Our airline lost my daughter’s luggage so upon checking we asked for a tooth brush, the front desk clerk said he would send one up. We got to our room, which we paid extra to have a water view and discovered no water view. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to go back to the lobby, which was in a different building to request a new room. He said nothing available but he could switch us the next night. We agreed, it was late and we were tired. At this point he also sent up the toothbrush with us. It was in a shopping bag so we didn’t look, just went to our room. My daughter went to use the toothbrush only to discover is was a USED toothbrush! Very disgusting! So again, we had to go down and request another toothbrush. He did apologize but that didn’t help the disgusting fact that he sent up a used toothbrush since the one he sent the second time was in a box securely wrapped with cellophane. He had to have known was he was sending! Will not be recommending this hotel!
