We checked in late and I was kept up by the elevator sounds, very loud and sporatic. Also, by the drunk girls' sounds through the thin walls and adgoining doors. The maintenance showed that it was shoddy -splatters of paint and spackling not cleaned up, cracks and stains and such. But the deal-breaker for me was the wimpy shower and the 'soft' water - the kind that makes you feel like the soap isn't washed off - a combination that was a shower disaster.

Lobby is beautiful & clean in addition to amenities, but rooms are outdated and not very clean. Stains all over carpet in room and bathroom not cleaned thoroughly, but was great just to rest our heads before an early morning flight.

Pool was closed for maintenance. One of the 2 elevators was broken and no stairs that go to lobby. The only working elevator was also shared by staff which made the wait time ridiculously long. There was also a drugged out lady at the breakfast buffet who was eventually reoved by the police. The room wallpaper was also peeling in some places but other than that the rooms were fine. No issues with the WiFi or TV. The staff was very kind and courteous

Stayed two nights. Woke up to a toilet that will not fill after flush, no cold water at all and a sink that was clogged. Went to front desk and she said she would send maintenance, when I was thinking we should have had a note under door explaining that water was off. House keeping(male) did not even knock on door before coming in!! That was not cool and then talk in his native tongue which was not mine. When I asked house keeping for more towels it was like I had asked for a lot.
