The property is full of lush greenery. Beautiful But the elevators were out of service in a few areas and the AC in the rooms weren’t working and the ceiling fans only operate on low. The restrooms in the bedrooms don’t have an air vent so your sweaty as soon as you step out the shower.

The entire stay exceeded our expectations as this was our first time to Cancun. Roundtrip transportation through resort from the airport was stress free for 7 family members, check in and out was smooth. Steakhouse was our favorite dinner option, pool wait staff and legends bartenders were fantastic! Air conditioner issues was the only thing that was slightly annoying. Would definitely return in the future.

Our trip started Monday, September 23. We got to the hotel around 1 PM. The lobby was extremely hot. We didn’t think much of it upon getting into our room. We realized the entire hotel was without AC. For context, I was traveling with my husband two-year-old son, elderly parents and myself who is four months pregnant. We called and asked if this would be resolved. They told us that it would be resolved within the hour one hour turned into five and the rooms were getting hotter to the point that the humidity had caused everything in our room to become wet, the only resolution hotel was to move us to the hotel which we jumped on immediately and if it wasn’t for that change of hotel or trip would’ve been completely ruined past comments I should’ve known that this would’ve been an issue if you’re looking into this hotel, beware they are very pushy about trying to get you to sign on for their timeshare program The food is mediocre and the rooms are really outdated. Look into the hotel next-door. Garza Blanca. They made Our vacation experience 1 million times better if it weren’t for them, we would’ve had a miserable time

i went for a 4 night vacation and 2 nights with no ac it was very hot,too noise they were reapairing the front pool and one of the restaurants was in renovation so it was close

El Hotel sobrepasó mis expectativas , todo fue más de lo que imaginaba el Kids Club fantástico nos dio la oportunidad de que nuestra hija disfrutara y nosotros como padre también pudiéramos realizar las actividades de adultos del día, el grupo de actividades es fantásticos los muchachos se encargaron de mantenernos activos . This hotel is probably one of the best all inclusive i’ve ever stayed in. Starting from check in till check out, service was incredible, The place was spotless and you always saw someone cleaning. Our room had an oceanfront room and was cleaned daily and then recleaned and the beds turned down at night. Tried all the restaurants and they didn’t disappoint. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
