We were treated like VIP’s the whole time. We were celebrating my birthday and our anniversary. Our butler Jorge was very helpful and kind. All of the staff were great. A wonderful experience

Pros: *Small resort with chill vibe *Delicious food & drinks *Great staff (Isaias our butler and Charly the activity guy were fabulous) *Fun swim-up bar with pool activities *Clean rooms with comfortable beds and great showers Cons: *Little/no ocean beach area *Only 3 dining choices If you're looking for a chill, lounging vibe - a great place to soak up the sun, enjoy a cocktail in the pool, relax and read a book and enjoy some fun group activities, this is a great place!

Great property - would consider going again!

Since we arrived at The Sanctuary resort, we had the warmest welcome and we felt this throughout our stay, we enjoy every minute, it was wonderful but the outstanding hospitality we received from the one-on-one personnel such as Felix from the steak house rest. & brkfst., Antolin from the Asian Wok rest., Sandro from the Italian rest., Dario and Jannete from our daily breakfast at Casa Bella, and as for the Pool this area had its own Ambassadors wish made the time spent even more special such as Oscar Myer, Jesús, Elvis and Happy Boy these are the people we were fortunate to be in contact with through our entire stay they were responsible for the great time we had we highly recommend it. during this time, we also had the opportunity to visit the Spa, again outstanding professional service.
