1. Upon arrival we told them we’re celebrating our anniversary. Usually at other resort we get the banner & something complimentary since we have silver status but nothing here. The guy caught an attitude because we didn’t want to upgrade our room for $500USD more and we already paid for a luxury suite.
2. Our hotel credit was useless because everything we wanted was discounted and they had a “promotion” of some kind so we had to pay an additional fee either way.
3. Paid for the couples spa experience but only received half of it because the guy rushed us to our massage so we didn’t even start with our hydrotherapy. Just the steam and vapor room for about 10 mins each.
4. The first day our bathroom lights had issues, the one in the toilet barely worked.
5. Housekeeping came after 3pm everyday even though we asked for mornings and wanted to clean while we were in the room.
6. Ran out of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel so we needed to call front desk. But housekeeping did not fail to collect the tips we left EVERYDAY.
7. The pool was not clean, every time we came out our clothes were stained yellow. Ended up throwing out clothes because I was grossed out.
8. There were limited food options. Restaurants did not have a set schedule.
9. The swim up bars were ok and the staff were more attentive and friendly.
10. Our last day we’re at the restaurant. No utensil, napkins or water. We asked and it felt like we’re bothering the staff.
