Chester Ski Resorts

Booked last minute for an impromptu birthday treat. Hotel were very accommodating, ensuring we got served food even though we arrived after last orders had been taken. Food arrived promptly and was delicious. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices in both the contintal and cooked options. The only downside was having to walk past toilets, which were really smelly, to get to and from our room. Smell had gone by morning after the cleaners arrived so didnt overly spoil an otherwise excellent stay.

Really nice modern hotel in a great location and nice size room's.

We enjoyed our visit We had a very good spacious room and it was very clear and the bed was very comfortable We had a dinner at the brassiere and the quality was was excellent

Lovely stay at The Queens Hotel. The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard. Hit a room upgrade on checkin. Lovely friendly staff

Breakfast was great.

Family room was very spacious and more like a junior suite. Hotel was clean and in very good condition. All the staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good and ample. Short walk along the water front into the city centre. Very happy.
