Safe Place to Crash, Dine, & Dash, so Relax
Hottub was just the right temperature to get the job done. The room was older, but clean, and I was able to get a decent nights sleep. In fact, it was comfortable enough for me to have trouble getting out of bed.

Dirty, very dirty. Dangerous inside the room. Thumbtacks hanging out the curtains, door did not properly close, toilet bowl was cracked, blood on the curtains. My young daughter and I were there 20 minutes and checked out immediately after seeing the room. Unfortunately she had to use the restroom (after a 3 hr drive, no lobby restroom) and we were not refunded because of that. The bathroom door doesn’t even close. Literally the worst. There were what appeared to be unsafe, under the influence guests in the lobby and parking lot. I asked if the room was safe and was told yes. That was completely false considering the door and guests. I wish I took pictures but didn’t want to stay longer.

Initially, it looked nice from the outside: well-lit and clean-looking. However, the interior of the rooms were run-down: appliances were very worn or broken, black mold in the bathroom, air conditioning did not work (no heat, just cold), floors and walls dirty. Also, the hotel did not have spare blankets the first night, so we were cold. A lot of homeless around the entire property. Will not stay here again.

Not worth the money charged
The landscaping was beautiful. The pool was nice. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The beds had burn holes in the blankets and stained pillows and bedding. Pealing paint and ill repaired drywall and doors. You could see daylight through the edges of the door. Dirty walls, floor-boards. Missing tv remote, called office and they said look behind the dresser. Found the remote and it barely worked on the tv for the few selected cable channels available. Beds felt like sleeping on a creaky, wooden box. Pillows felt flat as soon as you laid your head on them and did not bounce back up after sitting all day! The room was freezing and the "thermostat" was turned up to heat and it never got warm in the 2 days we were there. Iron burns and stains on the ironing board. Dusty/dirty appliances. Cruppled tissues pushed back into the tissue box. The shower head was not placed for taller people and bad water pressure. Dirty vents. Unable to add photos sorry.

Check in was great. The lady was super nice. Got to the room and it’s soooo out dated. The floors are that fake wood and they are lifting to where you have to wear shoes or it hurts. The bathroom was not cleaned. Their was hair in the shower and the towels were stained. The bed are like bricks and so loud to where you can’t even move with out it being so loud. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors taking a shower. The pipes are so loud.
