It is almost a 5 star hotel, it is only the carpet was extremely dirty. My friend just walked without shoes for a minut and her feet got black.. it was actually a nasty moment and the seeta where dirty too

We have stayed at this hotel in the past & it was nice. Not great, but clean & comfortable. I’m not sure what has happened, but it has really gone downhill. My room was dirty & rundown, the sheets were scratchy- but not as scratchy as the old blanket on top of them. The staff were very apathetic & obviously overworked. There was a sketchy hotel party going on above my room & no one seemed to care how loud and inconsiderate they were to everyone around them. Do not stay here.

I spent a lot of money for the quality of my stay. I was on the third floor and the elevators were broken, the only ice machine that worked was on the first floor. Our shower filled up with water, and would not drain. Half the lights didn’t work. The front desk woman was extremely rude. Working with the public is hard but the woman had no patience. We live two hours away and called the morning of to see if we could do an early check-in and was told yes just to get there and be told we couldn’t by her. Overall, the hotel stay was not worth the price. Pay extra and go to the Hilton.

This place is trash, I cut my stay short just to get out of there. My car was damaged on the first night, manager told me to email someone else, then they ignored me. The entire place smells like marijuana 24/7 and the staff acts like they hate you not help you. This is not an embellishment, don't want to see more people's vacations ruined....

What appears to be a fairly old motel that has seen better days. In the common areas, stairways were closed off ( concerning if there was a fire). Chipped paint and rust on fencing around the pool/spa area. Staff was great.

It was a nice little hotel close to surrounding beaches; both Huntington and Balboa (beaches I love). The staff was nice enough. What I REALLY enjoyed was their free continental breakfast. Usually these are packaged muffins, coffee and fruit. This one, however, had eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, a waffle maker, fresh fruit, muffins, water, OJ, Applejuice, tea and yogurt. That alone gives it the four star rating for me. I would book again.

Ants in 1 room & broken door in our 2nd conjoined room. Our kid was locked inside the bathroom. Maintenence came, finally got him out & said they'd inform management. After the fact, asked Hotels.com to see if theyd credit partial (rented 2 rooms for 3 or 4 nights) and the Ramada said no. They couldn't even make it right, by a partial compensation. It won't let me upload pics here. Room was NOT updated like they said.
