Hands down one of our families favourite stays in the Anaheim area to date ! The front desk staff were super friendly and very helpful with any questions we had ( wish I got their names to give them a shoutout , we had wonderful service right when we walked through the door and for our entire week stay , in fact every hotel staff we encountered were so friendly ! Great breakfast offered every morning with a good variety of options for everyone and there was coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby. A nice short walk to Disneyland approx 10 minutes. Close to shopping Avis rental car just down the street if needed and plenty of restaurants in all directions! We will definitely be back again to stay at the Element . The housekeeping came every second day which was great and the rooms were clean and smelled fresh ! Loved this hotel and would recommend it to all our friends! 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean, breakfast was great! The happy hour from 5-7 was a nice touch. The staff was great and informative. The pool is small and has waaayyyy too much chlorine it dried us out badly. Would definitely stay here again!

Good choice that is walking distance to park
Breakfasts were great, changed up a little each day, with fresh fruit. Hotel is clean, room with view of park is awesome for fireworks. Maid service was mediocre at best; didn’t vacuum room, didn’t wipe a single counter, didn’t fill or restock soap or body wash, and didn’t mop the floor

Spacious rooms, clean, pool was on the small side but really didn’t have time to use it. Walkable distance to Disney even with small children. Easy access to hotel off highway. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay until the end
I would have rated our trip higher as we had no issues and a great time until we checked out. 3 hours after we checked out we realized my wife left her Beats headphones charging in the room. We called the hotel and they told us that house cleaning had already left and they could not check it and to call back the next day. We called back the next day and they told us that there were no headphones in the room even though we know there were. This leads me to believe that if the room had not been assigned since we left then someone from the staff must have taken them.
