For guests in the primary bedroom, you’ll have the best and latest in cooling technology, a Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze hybrid King mattress. This hybrid mattress has over 1300+ premium double stacked innersprings to provide firm support while the advanced relief Tempur material foam that offers superior pressure relief. Guests in secondary bedroom have a choice of a twin and a full size bed. For bonus accommodations in the living room a sofa sleeper with an upgraded queen mattress.

Enjoy completely remodeled master and guest bathrooms and New flooring through out main living areas. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with soft close kitchen aide cabinets. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal if you so choose. Laundry room is located just steps away.

We made a somewhat late decision to go on Spring Break in Destin. Ended up booking this unit a few weeks before going and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Room was clean and well stocked. Location of the resort was great. Beach was amazing! The pool was nice and warm. Kids had a blast and are already looking forward to the next trip.

Property was great for our long weekend. There were some minimal cleaning adjustments I would’ve made such as dusty fans and wrinkled sheets, but other than those things we were satisfied overall! The decor could use some updating, but it didn’t stop us from having fun. The location was great. I would book this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Loved the location, and the sunshine felt so good to this Michigander. We were a little disappointed in the fact that paper supplies were sparse. Also, no spices or salt and pepper could be found. I know that is not crucial to our total experience, but I thought I would mention it. We would certainly rent this unit again.
