Hotel is walking distance from the airport. Check in staff weren't the friendliest but the lady at the downstairs cafe more than made up for them with her glowing smile

A beautiful old style hotel with great amenities. Overall the staff were excellent. Great location and lots of things to do. Our mid-range room was lovely, though we were disappointed not to receive an upgrade at check in - reception was not helpful with confirming if one was available just that the hotel was “busy.” Did not appreciate that as a guest and shouldn’t be on me to push for them to check if they’re “busy.”

Very nice hotel in Terminal 1, close to everything.

The hotel was amazing. The check in was fast and friendly. I was there for one night due to an early morning flight. The amount paid for the hotel on that night for the location was worth the amount! I will stay again, when returning to Frankfurt.

My favourite place to stay whenever I’m in Frankfurt! Perfect location for me, walkable from train station and getting to the cultural sites of the city is quick and easy. Lovely staff, always friendly and helpful. Terrific rooms with breathtaking view of the river. Will always stay here!

Close to FRA airport by Uber. Great breakfast, nice rooms.
