Hoyel is fine property has good upkeep lots of homeless on same street. Althought i had no issues myself as a male, easy acess to all areas of town thru uber

Great hotel in a great location

Like: Great Architecture and unique design carried into the rooms. Polite and courteous service. Not so much: No pool unable to get even a 1-hr late departure

It's a really nice hotel. I love the views of the city and the connected shopping mall leaves plenty of options to eat and entertainment. Really an excellent choice.

Excellent on almost every level. My room was a little tired but nothing wrong with it. I will be returning to Monterrey and Anataris no question. Being across the road from paque Fundidora (with a pedestrian bridge) it made it the perfect location for the concert I was attending, sight seeing in Fundidora itself and acees to the canal taking you to downtown for shopping. I could not have asked for a better hotel, location or staff. They were very accommodating with my limited spanish and the restaurant was excellent. Great food and drinks everytime and the pricing was excellent as well. Again, I could not have asked for better.
