Lovely experience at the hotel
We spent a night at this hotel to be able to catch an early-morning flight at Gatwick the next day. It’s only 15-20 min drive from the long stay car park of the north terminal. Our room was clean, modern and had everything we needed. We particularly liked the restaurant/bar and the swimming pool at the hotel. The food was delicious. The pool was clean and had a nice jacuzzi, a sauna room and a steam room. Using the pool must be prebooked but is only a phone call away. The staff members at the hotel were friendly and courteous. Overall, our experience at the hotel was highly positive.

Spa was very noisy with children and very busy. Not relaxing at all. Room request was for a quiet room and room was facing main road, not soundproofed, over the main Reception entrance and with a very loud boiler noise continuously coming from the bathroom. Staff were very nice and friendly, in particular in the bar area.

The Hotel was pefect. The pool and spa facilities were great. We ate in the restaurant, the menu was good, and the food was excellent. The room was spacious, and very well appointed. Will be staying here again in the future.
