We had a really enjoyable stay! The attention to detail throughout the hotel and the friendly staff made the experience even better. The spa was lovely, though a bit small, so it can get busy quickly. We visited early in the mornings and late at night when it was quieter. I’ll definitely recommend it and hope to return in the future!

Staff lovely and helpful. Location good. However, this hotel boasts 4 stars but our city room looked like something you'd expect from a 2 star hostel. It was clean but run-down. The hotel is currently renovating certain areas, which meant we had to walk through the restaurant to get to our room - this was a tad awkward. I was also not made aware of prior to arriving. I hope this renovation extends to the room as they desperately need it.

The room we had was on the top floor and the air conditioner was very noisy, especially at night. Not enough toiletries and storage space. The breakfast was overpriced and lukewarm, service was slow.

Even though the property is being renovated, I never at any point felt inconvenienced or put out. The staff were genuinely helpful and happy. When we initially checked in Hannah the receptionist walked us to the elevator to ensure we arrived. My only issue was there was not a plug socket on both sides of my very large and very comfortable bed.

This hotel is right on the boarder of the old and the new town areas and 5 minutes' walk from the cental train station. Nice bar, friendly staff and surprisingly a good restaurant with excellent service. A bonus is the 'hop on hop off' bus starts right in front of the hotel. Only downside is this is not a handicapped friendly hotel as it has many different levels and some stairs.

This hotel is across the street from the tour buses, the food is outstanding, the room very comfortable and the steam room at the end of the day sells me completely on the hotel! Definitely recommend!
