Great Get-a-way

We have stayed at CHC many times now, I absolutely love how close it is to the beach, accessibility to many places is great, and the host was attentive and responsive. We will definitely be back again soon!

NO POOL- it’s broken and we were never notified

POOL IS UNDER REPAIRS! NO ONE TOLD US AND THWY SISNT RESPOND! We have stayed here 3 times and book it for the pool and bar on the top. We were never notified nor did we receive a response when we sent a email that the pool is under MAJOR construction and not available.

Great location and facilities

The location is amazing and the buildings facilities excellent. All staff are friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The apartment is clean and modern and very user friendly and safe. An excellent choice for any type of vacation or business trip. We definitely will be recommending this booking to friends and family.

Great place, excellent location. There are extra fees but they were all explained in the listing. Only comment would be to better stock the kitchen, no dish soap, no dish clothes/dish towels. Place is very nice, very clean. Thank you!

Yearly January Beach get away

The location works for us. The units are all basically the same. Getting a King Bed would be a nice option. Overall we were Very Happy , Weather was terrible in the first week of January.

Second time here

I stayed previously in another trail paradise room with my husband and 3 kids, this time it was my mom and I with 2 of my kids. As usual, everything was amazing. The only downfalls were that we couldn’t figure out the oven, but that didn’t matter because the only cooking sheet was too big to fit into it. Also, there was not a microwave as listed. This made taking leftovers from dinner for lunch the next day impossible, as well as some of our preordered Walmart order worthless. Overall, it’s still such an amazing location and great place to stay!

Only after paying for the Apartment we were informed of the $40.00 per night parking fee and $35.00 per day resort fee. When we checked in a $300.00 deposit will be placed on your card for property access, beach chairs, and towels. When we got to our room we had one Bath towel for a family of four which they brought extra when we asked But also made it clear that they don’t give out extra washcloths and towels. You have to wash what you have but there isn’t a dryer located inside the apartment only a washing machine. The beds were too soft for us which caused my back to give out. The pricing of the apartment is very attractive but everything else will cost you.

Good place: new, clean, FANTASTIC rooftop pool with great pool and great views. There is some noise in the unit from mechanical stuff in the building; it's like white noise at night. The couches are not very comfortable.

Short getaway to Hollywood beach

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay at the Costa condo on Hollywood beach. The location is great, steps away from the beach and Hollywood boardwalk. The unit itself was nice and comfortable for the 4 of us. A few things were missing - no lock on bathroom door, no long wall mirror and kitchen was not very well stocked. Overall, we liked the condo.

Great Location!

Really Lovely for the price. Have to add in Valet parking and resort fee. The location can't be beat. Our only complaint was that the kitchen was sparsely stocked, no sharp knives, but who cares, you're at the beach. The hotel provides chairs, the boardwalk was so nice to walk every morning. The room itself was clean, and when you need extra blankets or linens, just call room service. There was a laundromat very close by. The hotel staff was very pleasant, and helpful. It was a great spot!

Lots of space at the property, good location, easy access to broadwalk and restaurants. Only complaint was that the iron didn’t work and I had a suitcase of wrinkled clothes. Owner wasn’t able to replace it while I was there.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be returning in June!! The unit was clean, valet was convenient. Staff were kind and helpful. The hotel itself was nice. We definitely enjoyed the pool and I most definitely enjoyed the bar. I loved being walking distance from the beach and restaurants.

Excellent rental overall. Spotless, spacious and as advertised. Great location right near boardwalk amd beach amd restaurants . Fantastic rooftop pool amd space. Host was available for questions amd concerns. Only issue was check in process slow amd room ready later than expected due to many guests ans staff shortage. Otherwise a perfect trip.

Spotless condo in fun location

Everything was great. The few questions we had were promptly answered. We had a few groceries and toiletries delivered without issue. Condo itself was spotless with comfortable beds. I would love to know how they get every grain of sand out because when we arrived there was absolutely none. So many great restaurants within a five min walk. Beach was clean. Waves were a bit rougher than we’re used to but kids still had fun. Would definitely return.

Location was great, place was clean and comfortable. Room was not ready at checkin and we had to wait an extra hour. However, we were given an extra hour at checkout. Property manager was wick to respond. We had a great time!

Relaxation!

Front desk staff were very nice. Condo clean and spacious. Pool area was perfect for relaxing. Two minor things were room wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be at check in and towels in the pool area were hard to get at certain times. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Family long weekend getaway

Property is beautiful, rooftop pool and hot tub are fabulous. Location could not be better! Room was very clean (and I’m picky). Front desk was very helpful and kind. We had 6 people staying in the room (me, my dad and mom, 3 kids ages 5,9,11) which did feel a little cramped but we weren’t in the room very much. The pullout sofa beds were not super comfortable, my kids didn’t care but I wouldn’t recommend if you have any back or neck problems. I would 100% stay here again but maybe not with 6 people, unless 4 are kids. We are looking forward to coming back!
