Manager was not helpful at checkin and charged my card and my daughter's card. Now we both have charges and have to wait 5-7 business for one of them to release. Also- parking fees need to be disclosed.

When I get to hotel the employee tells me he can't use my card, I'm which every Hilton I have stayed at never had a problem with my chime card in which it didn't state anywhere, he said his manager policy at there location doesn't except that in which he was willing to refund me them accommodate me so luckyy daughter had her card with her and I told him I came from Orlando he didn't care about that Lucky I had family with me are Are I would have been looking for a hotel 9:00 pm at night. Breakfast was good Room was good except sofa bead had crumbs all over it so my daughter cleaned it off before she put spread on it

I wanted to get away with my husband. Honestly best stay ever staff was wonderful. I felt very welcome every thing was very clean and was the best getaway. Will do it again
